Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Send an email to contact@just24hrs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you the instructions and return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product was received damaged or defective

Always use a shipping method with tracking for your own security.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method. The timeframe may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If there's a delay, please contact your bank first before emailing us.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or color? Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal products (non-sealed socks, intimate textiles, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective.
