Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

During busy periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times

Average delivery time:

  • Europe: 5 – 8 business days
  • Outside Europe: 8 – 12 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and address. For orders above a certain amount, free shipping may apply (as indicated at checkout).

Carriers & tracking

We ship via reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL and UPS. After shipping, you will receive a tracking link.

Customs & import duties

For shipments outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged. These costs are the customer's responsibility and not included in our prices. 24HRSis not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

Lost or delayed packages
